With the last few lingering weeks of summer upon us, we would be more than happy to spend them sipping Spritzes. By keeping it simple, summer drinking can make for an enjoyable time both on the patio and in your home bar! Take for instance the Spritz, with its light and bright body and infinite amount of riffs to create; it is our go-to anywhere, anytime. Here we’ve taken Italy’s most iconic aperitivo cocktail and put our own seasonal spin on it!

Aylesbury Spritz

30 ml The 86 Co Aylesbury Duck Vodka

15 ml Maidenii Classic Vermouth

30 ml Lemon juice

15 ml Rhubarb Syrup

2 dashes Apothecary Latin Lime Bitters

60 ml Prosecco

Combine all ingredients except for Prosecco, over ice in a wine glass. Stir until well mixed. Top with sparkling wine and lemon twist.
