A Blue Bird day is synonymous with a crystal clear day following a night of heavy snow. Most locals will opt to spend the next day shredding on the local mountains, in great conditions no less. With a welcoming winter wonderland, we’re quickly approaching the height of ski season. What better way to finish a day on the snowy hills than settling down to a Blue Bird cocktail by the fireplace?
Blue Bird
45 ml Papalote Blanco Tequila
15 ml Maidenii Classic Vermouth
2 dashes Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
2 dashes Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
1 large dash of agave syrup
1 handful of blueberries
Combine all ingredients, shake over ice, fine strain into a coupe, Garnish with a lavender sprig
