Sparkling cocktails have always been synonymous with New Years Eve. What better way to ring in the New Year, a fresh start, than with a crisp bubbly glass of elegance. We’re big fans of both simple and extravagant bubbly cocktails. To please a large crowd, look no further than the French 75, a delicious concoction of either Gin or Cognac, lemon juice, and sugar, topped with Champagne. But why stop at New Years Eve? The pop, fizz, clink combination should be enjoyed all year round! One part spirit, sweet, sour, and sparkling- essentially a perfect combination! For those that are looking for a more extravagant show stopper, we’ve got three recipes for you below!
